🐑 Terms of Service 🐑1.) This is a PRE-SALE FAN MADE project!
We are NOT in an official partnership with Obey Me! Shall We Date developed by NTT Solmare Corp. Our dolls are UNOFFICIAL and FANMADE so lease continue to support Solmare with their official line of products.If you cannot wait for 6-8 months for the release of the dolls, then this project may not be for you. For transparency and reference of our schedule: Production can take as long as 5 months, packaging and sorting can take 1 to 2 months, and Shipping can take 2-4 weeks. In line with this, delays may also be possible during the production process.To mitigate this, we will be fully transparent with the progression of the project and do constant updates on our twitter account for any new or possible developments.
2.) There will be TWO PAYMENTS
First payment is paying for the production Plush Dolls while the Second payment is for the shipping costs once the plushies have been received and packaged by our team. Since the plush dolls will be available for shipping internationally, the shipping costs may fluctuate and be different depending on the date and destination as the cost may be more expensive in one country compared to another.
Non eligible countries for shipping are Iran, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Cuba.・ First Payment
We understand that the price can be quite high. For transparency reasons, please understand that the funds will go towards the production of the plush dolls and any other fees such as processing fees, materials for the production, taxes, shipping costs from the manufacturer, and emergency fees for any other changes that may happen such as change of manufacturers or alteration of the doll designs.・ Second Payment
After packing your dolls, we will be sending shipping form emails with invoices attached for the second payment. The second payment will only be made after the dolls have been packed, which is around 5-6 months after your first payment. Please double check your answers on the shipping form.STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS. Refunds are allowed, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods prior to the delivery to your declared addresses. However, refunds won't be allowed once production period starts.
3.) Shipping Cost Estimation
After assessing different shipping services, here are the shipping price estimates for different customs fees. Prices can fluctuate and change once the product is ready to be delivered depending on the customs, taxes, courier service, date of shipment, and weight of package. Once the plush dolls are packaged, we will be sending you an arrival email and notice for the second payment.Please consider these prices carefully since they are being sent from the Philippines. Shipment can still be cheaper depending on the package weight:US - $45 - $60+
Japan - $45 - $50+
UK - $60-100+
Australia - $40 - 60 +
Philippines - $8 - $10+Examples of Countries' shipping fee price rangeWe have no control over the prices of the shipping fees and understand if you might feel frustration towards its prices. We are simply doing our best in providing the most optimal direction towards getting these dolls home to you safely.
We do recognize that GROUP BUYING can minimize shipping fees significantly but please do so in your own discretion. Chibebi will NOT be responsible for any third-party vendors/coordinators and will not be responsible of your packages once they're delivered to them. That being said, if you still would like to coordinate a group buy with other sheep to lessen shipping costs for your area, feel free to do so under your own risk. You may contact us at [email protected] with the header [Group Buy Inquiries] so that we can further assist you. We would also like to remind everyone that ALL group buy participants MUST answer the interest check and order forms.
4.) Please answer our forms ONLY if you're 100% sure
in planning to purchase the plush dolls.
We would like to emphasize that we cannot afford to pay for the production of these dolls alone, which is why we are doing an interest check where everyone's guaranteed participation is important. We are aware that everyone would like to meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) during our Order Form period as soon as possible by responding multiple times, but this does more harm to us than good. Therefore, we will be limiting our forms to a maximum amount of 1 transaction per person to prioritize the slots for each sheep.・Order Confirmation
Once the interest check has gathered enough respondents within the two week period, order forms will be sent out which will be lasting for 3 to 4 weeks. When the required MOQs for each doll has been achieved, order confirmation emails with invoices attached will be sent out in 3 to 5 days. There will be a week's time for payment.・ Cancellation and Refund
STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS.
Refunds won't be allowed once production period starts.
Failure to respond to the invoice within the order confirmation email will result to cancellation of order and losing your slot. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from our services. In terms of refunds, refunds are permitted as long as the quality of the goods is flawed before they get delivered to your specified addresses. Although Chibebi will make every effort to ensure that the product's quality is appropriate before delivering it to our courier, if there was an issue with the goods before delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible and ask if you would want to wait for a replacement product or request a refund.
5.) Watch out for our forms!
Order forms will be sent out if we are successful in getting enough people interested in purchasing the Chibebi dolls. Sheeps who answered the interest check will have priority over the Order Forms!
Please do note that the team will be sending the order confirmation emails only to those email addresses that were gathered in the order form as we can only produce a limited number of dolls.

🐏 What is the Chibebi Plush Doll Project?
Chibebi Plush Doll Project is a small and independent business project that plans to create lovable fanmade plush dolls inspired by the game, Obey Me! Shall we Date? Currently for our first launch, we are planning to produce limited amount of Lucifer and Beelzebub Plush Dolls. We will also be adding acrylic charms and stickers available to purchase through our bundles.🐏 Is there a limited amount of Plush Dolls?
Yes! We are only producing a maximum amount of 100 dolls per character. We won't attempt to launch them again once their initial period is done.🐏 What are the Plush Dolls made of?
The filling is PP Cotton, Super soft velvet, and 100% brimming with love. The plush dolls will be 20 cm in size, making them the ideal size to dress in 20 cm-sized clothing and carry in Ita bags!🐏 Is this official merch?
NO. We produce unofficial fan-made merchandise to honor the game and its wonderful cast of characters.🐏 Where are the Plush Dolls made?
The Plush Dolls are manufactured in China. Packaging will be done by hand by the Chibebi Team.🐏 How long will this project take?
The project can take up to 6-8 months. Production can take as long as 5 months, packaging and sorting can take 1 to 2 months, and Shipping can take 2-4 weeks. In line with this, delays may also be possible during the production process.🐏 What other stuff do you have besides Plush Dolls?
We plan to add acrylic charms and stickers to increase the specialty of some bundles. Aside from that, we can only provide the dolls and their respective outfits.🐏 Will you make Plush Dolls of the other characters?
Yes! We want to make everyone's comfort character from the game. But since we are a new and small team, we need to do it one step at a time. Once the first launch is successful, we will be able to set up the next batch of characters until we get to everyone!🐏 If successful, Which pair of Plush Dolls will you be launching next?

We will do our best to answer inquiries or any doubts that you may have. Our team will be as transparent and honest regarding problems or difficulties during the process, as well as sending documentation prior to your delivery to ensure the product is up to quality. We are also registered on DTI!

Since we are only producing a limited amount of plush dolls, we want to give everyone a fair chance in getting a slot. So let's not be greedy, that's Mammon's job!🐏 What if i missed the interest check or the order forms?
This is a first come, first serve process. As much as we would want to, we cannot accommodate everyone's requests. If you did not submit the forms, you wont be able to place an order.🐏 What countries aren't available for this project?
Unfortunately, our dolls wont be available to ship in Iran, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, or Cuba because it is unavailable to our shipping options.🐏 I want to start a Group Buy for me and my friends, how can I do it?

🐏 What are your modes of payment?
We only accept Paypal for international orders and GCash Payments for domestic orders in the Philippines.🐏 Why are there two payments?
The first payment is for the doll itself, together with any additional bundles you may have bought as well as the packaging. This DOES NOT include shipping and handling charges.The second payment will be for the shipping fee. This may vary per sheep as it will depend on the country's distance, customs, and weight of package.🐏 Do you allow refunds?

🐏 Where are the items being delivered from?
The Plush Dolls will be coming from the Philippines!🐏 How long will the delivery time take?
Depending on the courier service, it can take as long as 2 to 4 weeks time. It's best to refer to the tracking details on the email we will be sending to you when the dolls are on their way home!🐏 Why is shipping so expensive?
The shipping price is greatly influenced by factors that we have no control of, such as customs, taxes, surcharges, and the weight of package. Because of this, we shall be settling with the lowest fee available while making sure that your packages will arrive safely.The shipping fee won't be until 5-6 months later until the dolls have been made. After that, we will be giving you 45 days to make the second payment (shipping cost).🐏 How can I track my shipment after paying?
After the second payment has been confirmed, we will be sending you an email containing the tracking number and a link to be used to check your package using the couriers website.🐏 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We plan to cater for international and domestic shipping. Although, quick reminder that the shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.🐏 What modes of couriers are available?
For our International sheeps, we have PhilPost as our cheapest courier option. While they are cheap, the service may take a little longer than the other couriers.Other modes of couriers are private ones such as DHL and FedEx. DHL will be done via MyKartero, a multi-modal shipping platform. This option is recommended for a faster and safer way of delivery but will be pricier than Philpost.🐏 What happens when the product arrives at my declared address, but was faulty?During such time, this concern should be directed towards the courier. Should you need any help in getting any possible compensation from them, please do reach out and contact us in our email so that we may provide any form of assistance.

She's an amazing proof reader for both text and art assets and a huge Luci stan!For our business & finance guy with the brains we have 🐟! He's good with knowing what to add and identifying stuff that we may have missed.One of our amazing moral support team whose also good in organizing documents and researching is 🐺!
